We have an opening for Head - Merchant Banking based in Mumbai with a leading Finance Co into Debt Syndication Private Equity Placements and Advisory Services.
Co Profile :Co. and its subsidiaries provide business advisory services in niche financial and management segments.
The parent company, has its Head Office in Mumbai.
To take care of the growing business activities and to offer close-to-home solutions, branches have been set up in New Delhi, Chennai and Ahmedabad and a representative office in Hyderabad.
CFM International Ltd, a subsidiary of Chartered Finance Management Ltd, has been incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, as a holding company for the group’s international operations.
The group operates in the Middle East through its subsidiaries Management Consultancy in Dubai and Management LLC in Oman.
Experience: Min 5 years
Qualification: Any MBA from Premier Institute or CA
Main Responsibilities:
1. The candidate should have deep and strong connects with
(a) Private equity funds in India.
(b) Corporates with funding requirement. The Corporate could be private or public.
2. Primary responsibility will be to originate deals
3. Past experience on deal originated / executed and minimum of 5 years of experience is required
4. Responsible for leading a team that generates revenues through the development and Marketing of a wide range of financial products in the EQUITY CAPITAL SEGMENT (ECS)
5. Formulate and implement the business strategy for the ECS.
6. Handles all aspects of client relationships at the strategic level.
7. Personally structures the most critical and complex financial arrangements.
8. Oversees and the execution and closure of complex transactions
9. Sets overall business direction for the ECS in line with the Company’s strategy.
