Job Desription
01 Overall responsible for development of Tubes/Testing, Product Evaluation and shop floor Process control
02 Continuous improvement in Design Concepts
03 Identifying, procurement and control of external Origin documents
04 Knowledge with technological advancement in The field
05 To constantly look for alternative materials, Methods and processes which affects cost Reduction.
06 Requirement of QMS in line with ISO
07 Disposal of new defective and warranty
08 Trouble shooting for process/ product field Problems.
09 Supplier development.
10 Co-ordination with production/Engg. Planning to carry out any development/trial jobs.
11 Identify areas of improvement with respect to Process simplification / product improvement, Etc
12 Assisting process FMEA teams in establishing Process related special characteristics.
13 Corrective & Preventive Action.
14 Requirement of QMS inline with ISO
Candidates should be B. Tech graduate and must have Min15 years of experience at senior level. Should be from similar industry.
